Dr Hwang graduated from dental school from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco.  He was accepted to the advanced dental residency program at the University of Southern California. During the residency he worked at the LAC-USC Hospital and the VA Hospital in downtown Los Angeles.  Dr. Hwang prides himself on educating his patients on the importance of regular dental care and cleanings.  He understands that many patients are fearful of dentistry because they are uninformed and is willing to spend that extra time with the patient to make sure they are well informed.  Dr Hwang is constantly attending continuing education classes to make sure he can provide the most updated dental techniques to make the dental experience that much more comfortable. He is a member of the California Dental Society as well as the Orange County Dental Society.  In his free time Dr. Hwang enjoys golfing, fishing and traveling to exotic places.
